At Lush Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and excellent customer service. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law, as well as our store’s terms for returns and exchanges.
🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
To arrange a return or refund for a faulty item, please contact us at info@lushdesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. While we are not legally required to offer a refund or exchange in such cases, we are happy to accept change-of-mind returns on the following conditions:

The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

It is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is provided.

The item is not a final sale, custom, or pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings), which we cannot accept for hygiene reasons.
Change-of-mind returns may be refunded as a store credit or exchange, at our discretion. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
